I am a qualified Mediator, business coach, consultant, and mentor with a background in supporting and coaching businesses in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious matters. I am a member of Your Business Community (YBC), the Dispute Resolution Agency, the Association of Business Mentors (ABM), Enterprise Nation, Small Business Pro, IPSE (Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed), as well as an Accreditor Mentor for the Government ‘Help to Grow’ Scheme.

Throughout my career, I have been involved with all matters concerning small business set up and management issues. These have included directorship and board disagreements, internal and external contract and service-based matters, neighbour and occupational conflict, builders and developer relationship and communication issues, as well as co-worker disputes.

Prior to becoming a business consultant and Mediator, I rescued and sold a transport business and ran a successful property business converting houses into flats, and so I understand SME based issues. I have facilitated many discussions between professionals to foster a mutual agreement, and I am regularly instructed to settle disputes for clients.
