David's experience in conflict management and resolution spans across his professional background as he is often the go-to for advice, guidance, and neutral support to help resolve issues. Throughout his career, David has been involved with matters concerning small business set up and management issues, directorship and board disagreements, internal and external contract and service-based matters, neighbour and occupational conflict, builders and developer relationship and communication issues, as well as co-worker disputes.

Prior to becoming a business consultant and Mediator, David rescued and sold a transport business and ran a successful business converting property. He is well versed in the issues that SMEs face when managing their business. His expertise has been called upon on many occasions as a Non-Executive Director and Director for other companies to ensure that problems are quickly resolved, and clarity is found to help those involved move forward.
